My day was good...with the exception of one nasty woman customer...no matter how pleasant I tried to be and how many times I expained how the discount card works...the b!tch still wasn't absorbing the concept. She asked to speak with my manager, so I got her and she explained it the same way I did. The pissy woman got the biggest smile I could muster and I wished her a good day! *some children's parents!!!* Thankfully, only one customer!!! Once, when travelling in Spain, a person was arguing about an oversize carryon. The ticket clerk was pleasant trying to explain to this ranting jerk that his wife's bag had to be checked. He said something vulgar to her...the next minute...all his bags and his wife's bags were put on a cart and some military guy with his gun in hand took them off to a back room. The rest of us watching clapped loudly. Sometimes don't you wish for a button to push for an invisible trap door to whisk those customers away??!!!!!

Most people though are real nice...especially after I tell them I can save them $XXXX on their purchase if the sign up for the discount card. (After the woman left the store, I turned to my manager and said...I pitty her husband!)...we laughed!
