It's not my pain, but I'm pretty sure that Levon Helm is not too happy (right until this very day) 
I bet Levon knows how wonderful he is, right until this very day though. But you are correct, should have gotten his fair due. Nothing like accurate critical acclaim! BTW, I also love him as an actor. Cool figure of a man!

Hey, Man-O! If you're getting acclamated to The Band, try to see their film, "The Last Waltz" . It was done as homage to their parting ways as a group. It is well done and packed w/ good music. There are many other music legends' performances within in it, from those they counted as dear friends. Fantastic!
