I've been noticing the "Above The Influence" commercials. I even went
on their site. They give out some very good information there. I agree
with them and I think it's time for a change in this society. I feel
peer pressure is bringing out the worst in people. Do you agree with the
ads? If not, then please give me your side of the story and why you
think so negatively about being above the influence.

i LOVE those ads...it encourages people to think for themselves while
still being anti-drug.

my kids and i have had several discussions regarding them...

I'm just going to resurface this blog because I think it's really
important and I would love to hear what people think about the ads. I
would like to at least a couple of pages of your thoughts

i agree , i think its wonderful for them to have some advice for
parents dealing with this , kids do try to do what others do to be
popular, i remember when i was a teen i smoked pot just to fit in with
the other kids just so i could be in that group that was popular in
school the stoners , i talk to my kids about this all the time and my
boys know how important it is not to do what others do, and be them
self, parents need to spend a lot of time talking to there teens about
it , before they get in to this thing cause if you wait till there
already doing it then it maybe to late teens on drugs dont hear parents,

It takes one person and hug to make a small change at at a
time........................that is alot of hugs and changes,
