do you really want the government in your sex life?
because birth control has its margin of error so essentially, you would have to take a test before you could even practice procreating not sure how well that would go over with you and your FWB or the married women you like so much..technicality or not...its still wrong to fornicate with a married woman(imo)...and just think you would have to take a test for that too...ooh goody!!! |

 if and when i ever decide to have children,i would have no problem taking an intelligence test... if only for the sake of the child i may be bringing into the world AND as long as EVERYONE else who had decided to procreate had to take the same test...be seeing you

Hope that when you submit, it is to an E.Q. exam also. That is probably much more indicative of whether ... or not. |
