Flirty girl fitness has some great workout dvd's too! I just enrolled for pole dancing and burlesque, it's a serious workout, my butt is sore!!

Flirty girl fitness has some great workout dvd's too! I just enrolled for pole dancing and burlesque, it's a serious workout, my butt is sore!! I think I saw a work out like that. I thought it was interesting. I was like, "Man, I need to get a pole and try that."
