i'm set at ease on a slow flowing current
i paid the price twice for life i know i earned it
with or without peace of mind
i'm shuffling through experiences in time
and thinking twice about my position in line
but i'm spun and the past is young
on the tip of my tongue
i'm paid everyday in life's special way
by a sky blue or gray
full of deep breaths and a choice...
to accept or simply seek death...
the struggle provides and opens my eyes
to focus on wide
the big picture is framed and hung on the wall
so obvious and simple
