Hey zman how the hell have ya been? I'm doing OK. Business has been starvation slow this year so the $$ situation is scary but I did some advertising a couple weeks ago that finally started this week and that's helping. Not much else new here. How about with you? |

Yeah times are rough. I have been doing generally well. Laid out for another week or so due to a surgery mishap but what can I say I will make it.

So is everything healing up the way it's supposed to this time around?? And have you talked to a good lawyer yet? |

It appears to be healing up nicely. As for an attorney, I have been in contact with a couple I have my med records being review by 1 of them now. I have been given a heads up though that new laws have been passed to protect Docs and told that this could be a drawn out process.

Well the new laws protecting docs are actually a GOOD thing. There are waaaay too many people out there trying to scam a living by suing everyone for anything. And there are waaaaay too many lawyers eager to help them out. But it sounded like you certainly have a legitimate complaint and there WAS negligence involved so even if it takes a while you'll get justice. Good luck with it! |

Yeah I agree with the new laws however when docs do make mistakes they are capable of hiding behind them. It only adds to the time game. But the way I see it time is one thing I have and at least there was no perm damage to me.
