What do you do when your friend's girlfriend tells you she's falling for you,and you are falling for her,but for some reason she doesn't break up with him, even though she doesn't like him very much anymore? "She's my best friend's girlfriend... ...and she used to be mine!" Ring any bells? Want that on your reputation? Besides, sometimes girls just want to flex their muscles in social games, and see what sort of rot they can stir up and keep the situation messed up for others--but under THEIR control. It happens. Now, tell her that you talked to many many many strangers online about her antics. She'll be buzzed by the news. Tell your friend that you did this. He'll be mad. What are friends for??? |

What do you do when your friend's girlfriend tells you she's falling for you,and you are falling for her,but for some reason she doesn't break up with him, even though she doesn't like him very much anymore? Tell her that you never ever go out with friends GFs becuase you value your friendship. Then just be friends with them. To me that is the most underhanded and disrespectful of all deceit. I think most all my friends feel the same way. |

What do you do when your friend's girlfriend tells you she's falling for you,and you are falling for her,but for some reason she doesn't break up with him, even though she doesn't like him very much anymore? First of all- - I wouldn't be falling for her, as she's going out with someone else. There are very defined lines that are not to be broken as far as I'm concerned. I don't jump in on another dude's action, as that's just wrong. - If she truly didn't like him all that much, she'd quite simply just break up with said fella. It's as simple as that, you know? If she WON'T break up with the fella in question, then she's either got some ulterior motives going on or she simply doesn't know what she wants, which can exacerbate an already problematic situation. And I refuse to get myself involved in exacerbated problematic situations of the romantic kind. Bottom line- it's a situation that should be avoided at all costs, even IF she were to finally up and dump the dolt for yours truly. The chick would obviously seem to have some issues goin' on in her noggin, and that spells nothing but trouble. |
