well I heard you ran it through the rhubarb patch.... an apartment huh??? in this economy.....if you can afford it. its a buyers market...just sayin' I just went into a little ditch .. that wasn't really a ditch because there was snow in it. Sliding was the worst.
We did the math yesterday .. and it came out to about 95-200 dollars I'd have extra each month after rent, electric & cable, and the other odds and ends I'd have to pay for. But I want to get out of this house. I'm 20 years old. In the old days, I'd be married with 2 kids already.

ash.....heres a general rule. you want to pay no more than 35% of your income on housing.
dont end up house poor, just because you want out of there. look at seriously buying a place, you will always recoup some of your $$ if not all. with an apt. your throwing that all away. consider this......buy a place and rent out rooms. |
