Topic: so what would you do? | |
---|---|
ok, heres the story:
There is a guy, comes into your work every other day sometimes every day. You can tell hes flirting with you just by the way he talks to you and the way he looks at you, and you like him back. Hes perfect for you in everyway, you styles, music intrests, hobbies, goals, conversatin. Right, thats all great. Here's the catch: Hes got a girlfriend that he has nothing in common with, they fight all the time, and she treats him like a jerk. So one day he asks you if you want to go watch him play guitar in the band down town, and his girlfriend wont be there, she doesnt watch him play for some reason. Do you go?? Or NO??? |
No, don't go. If she's that bad, he'd have dumped her already. If and when he does dump her, go out then
No - as long as he's still with her keep your distance
My advice is leave it alone
oh by the way to add one more thing, Hes in the process of trying to get rid of her, do you mind ur own business and let the guy that makes ur heart flutter every time u see him, or step in risking a cat fight?

You can go... You're just going to watch him, not kiss or sleep with him.. Who knows he may decide to dump his girlfriend...

You said, "Hes got a girlfriend that he has nothing in common with, they fight all the time, and she treats him like a jerk."
The most important part of that sentence: "Hes got a girlfriend". Nothing else matters. |

oh by the way to add one more thing, Hes in the process of trying to get rid of her, do you mind ur own business and let the guy that makes ur heart flutter every time u see him, or step in risking a cat fight? put yourself in her shoes - what would expect in that situation? |

Until she was history, I'd not get in the middle of it.

decisions that seem tough as a youth are no brainers in older age - life's lessons
go,go,go tired of seeing the sexual frustration threads...sex is just an act so be the role
I would go, how is this other person gonna know who you are unless he or she say's so.
There noting wrong with it as long as she isn't there and even if she is it can't hurt anything. You could always leave after she show's up if you wanted to that is. |

decisions that seem tough as a youth are no brainers in older age - life's lessons That's the thing they are young.. She should take the chance... Going in open eyed won't get you hurt unless you let yourself be hurt.. Some people need a reason to leave an unhappy situation.. They're young enough it doesn't matter... She said "watch him play" no harm in that.. |
you should go and watch him, start out as friends before some hot chick snag him!
lol thanks

Got to love that YOUNG lust phase, huh? Recap: a. You see this guy, every day or whatever, in your place of supposed business, right? b. He makes your heart flutter with flutterbyes and little hearts floating above your head, but, by no means are you a homewrecker? c. He flirts with you and you perceive he is just *perfect* for you in every possible way, right? d. You apparently know all the intimate details of his relationship with is girlfriend, i.e., she treats him like sh*t, they fight all the time - all the typical blah, blah blah, right? This is a place of business that you are discussing this, right? e. WOW! He's a rock star! f. You will supposedly be safe with bringing friends along for diversion, right? No offense, really. But, just LOOK at your own words and there lies your answers. |

You need to look at your words and think again. Life isnt about being 'young' and 'lustfull' but its more about human emotion and doing what you feel is right. |
