PORTLAND, Ore. -- A Portland woman, her boyfriend and a teenage nephew are all headed for prison after staging a robbery during a striptease.
The victim, Brian Lee Horst, reported the robbery to police after 25-year-old Antawan Simpkins and 16-year-old Anthony Roach burst into the apartment of 23-year-old Alicia Marie Roach at gunpoint just as she began the striptease. Roach, her nephew and her boyfriend all believed Horst would never report the robbery out of embarrassment or fear he'd be charged with soliciting a prostitute. Roach and her nephew pleaded guilty to robbery and Simpkins pleaded no contest. The robbery netted only $26 and a couple packs of cigarettes. |

This is the problem with sentencing them at 30000 a year to keep them off the streets. I think they need to do something else.
