do any of you get, migraine head aches?? and, what do you do for them??

water, quite..but getting them also lowers you chance of breast cancer..have no idea why..its just what "studies have found"

my old, old friend of 102 says, drink a warm cup of prune juice , then take a bumpy car ride.

I used to get em. before I discovered that my blood pressure was dangerously high (217/150) that "head on" stuff actually works for it

I get them alot after alot. Normally i can drink a soda, lay down in a quiet room, in the dark or take a shower.
