I only have natural expected no code deaths on my hands......... although Ive seen some really big **** ups at work. giving babies the adult dose of heparin was the worst

Doing my boss job because he was gone who knows where like usual and forgetting to have the truck driver sign for the pick up amount we had counted so when he got to his place they said they were missing lots of the merchandise. They took it off my pay and I then quit that dam place.

I accidentally gave a girl a concussion when I was taking a door off of the assembly line. I didn't know she was behind me and I pulled it off full force and hit her right in the head. I graciously quit before they could fire me.

I was demolishing an old barn, and off the one side of this barn was a small shed .. Lets just say that the shed didn't fair so well. The owner of afore mentioned barn and shed came running up to me while i was still destroying things .. He said " the shed was to stay" My response.. "oh expletive expletive expletive". One PO'd boss and an insurance claim later, life was grand again ...

What's the biggest screw-up you've ever made at work? I put targets on my head all the time at work.... The Dean of our Legal studies got fired today and I wasn't very quiet about it...Students loved him, staff loved him, and he was there for 10 years.... It wasn't a good day for the Campus Director, his door was closed all day with people in and out b**ching him out about it.
