I miss certain things but with a crazy six year old around ,my life is
filled with chaotic love.

I think the fact that we are here requires a bit of loneliness

No....being here, is a desire for stimulating conversations, ideas,
debates opinions...I live in the middle of nowhere, 100 miles from a
bigger town..and conversation is limited...

Lonely? No, not really...pretty content...I see here no differently than
sitting at a coffee shop, watching the world go by, and having people
you know walk past and have a conversation as they wander by...

That's what this place is like for me.

Yep...it sure is jess and bulldog. No different than sitting and having
coffee with friends. Just that our friends are scattered all over the
world, lol. How great is that?!

I am quite a bit. Even though my two wonderful dogs are here to keep me
company.

I miss having someone to go off for long weekends with.

So I tend to stay at home alot more.

I think Sage hit it with the "lifestyle" observation -- there's a
tradeoff involved, you make choices, and sometimes that means you avoid
getting involved with certain kinds of people and certain kinds of
situations.

If I was willing to chase the "American Dream" -- the house in the
suburbs, the white picket fence, the 2.4 kids and the 2.1 cars and the
ungodly impossible mortgage and the $84,000 in credit card debt -- I
could have had that dozens of times by now.

But I find that concept suffocating. Just won't do it.

And it limits my options, I know, because there are people who simply
won't deal with anyone outside of those parameters.

But for me, trying to live like that would be a thousand times worse
than being a little lonely....

I get lonely as well, but then I come on here and feel a little
better.....Talking to friends helps sometimes....It also helps to talk
to those that care about you. (Dan, that was for you.)

Hearts don't open easy and smiles shared, are LIVES, felt!!!!

everbody gets lonely from time to time. when I get lonely I jump on here
to be with friends and that helps.
