Welcome to the forums, coolhot. SweetButSpoiled is correct that we do have a blog, but only administrators of the site are able to create new blog topics. Every user is able to reply to the existing blogs.

Yeah, that is not offered at this time. On the other hand, the 'About' section in one's profile does accept quite a bit of text.
