Say it if you feel it, say it if you just wanna say it, they are just words but when they are meant they mean so much. There are ways to say it depending who your saying it, it could be a friend that you love, a family member, a child. To often people say it without meaning it to the person they are with not because they won't to lie to you it's just that they don't know what love is and it's easy to say it when you don't know what it is.

The actions must match the words. I hear I love you so much from my boyfriend but he also shows it in the way he cares for me. So all is good.
