Section 2 paragraph 4 of the stalkers manaul states the following....
Two stalkers is the maxiumum number of stalkers allowable under state guidelines. However in the absence of a stalker due to illness or injury a temporary stalker is allowable until such a time as the regular is able or willing to resume his or her normal duties. So I think we're ok there.
