Especially when you don't get enough sleep the night before. |

OHHH, I go thru these spells. I do quitw well on 4hrs. sleep. Lived that way for years, running my 24/7 truck repair business. DO NOT miss that way of living.

Back in Germany I used to live that way, too, and I had no problems. But now I sorta got used to the way of the Irish, and not getting 6hours of sleep throws me off my rocker.

Folks owned a towing service & dad did everything.
I learned to drive by 14 & it was expected that us kids worked at whatever we were needed for. Once I turned 16 & could drive legal, I was always getting woke up to go make a tow call. In high school there were days I slept more in school than at home. Hard winters meant I drove most of the night. |

we used to be self employed, first a pub and then a chipper.
That meant for me getting up at 6am, do the cleaning, preparations, and looking after the child on the side. Never closed before 12 o'clock in the night, and that 7 days a week. |
