II.You are given a multiple choice on any reason you dispute the debt the company that you are disputing the debt with is given 30 days to respond. a.If they don't respond within 30 days the debt automaticaly is removed. b.A updated credit report is mailed to you after 30 days listing the outcome of the credit investigation you can them dispute again c.Possibly the company you owe won't respond after so many times and even if you owe the item will be removed from your credit report. Conclusion: If you follow these simple and easy steps you should be able to remove disputed items from your credit report. |
