Don't know... didn't wanna' hear the gory details. I don't drive anyway so it's not as much of a concern for me as most.
Wow. I wouldn't know what to do without a rig of some kind. But, other than when I was a kid. I never lived where there was a transit system either.
I'm all about public transit...and walking. As Bob Marley sang "My feets are my only carriage..."

That works good in town. Before I was "civilized" my town had forty people. About eight miles to a store.
Where I lived before here was a place called Jacksboro Tennesssee. First time I ever lived in the country...and I loved it!
Yeah, after I got out of the Navy. I moved to a quiet place in Virginia. I got hooked. Working my way back. I like real beef, eggs, and veggies!
Had horses in the back...cows on the right. I'd wake up in the morning, drink coffee and play my guitar to the cows. After awhile they'd all gather at the fence,...it was funny. They loved it...so did I. I had a garden...grew tomatoes, corn, peppers etc. The exciting thing was waking up and seeing how much they grew. Made city life seem stupid.
Yeah, people get friggin excited over some of the smallest things. I had a couple horses at one time. I prefer mules or donkeys, more level temperment.
My neighbor threatened to shoot my dog cuz' it kept trying to get his horse to play with it even though we had afenced in yard. He was serious. People out there don't play. I stuck out like a sore thumb so I was a little nervous around the locals. They didn't take kindly to strangers...

Hey Deb!
Nothing new. Yeah, farmers take awhile to get used to. And they are very protective of thier livestock. Considering even a lawn ornament is atleast worth 6-900 bucks. You have to understand thier point. I lived in my place in Virginia for 3 years and still was the new guy. They don't rotate like they do in town. |

Thank you. Try some warm sweet oil in yr ear. If that doesn't work then you probably need to see yr Dr. for some antibiotics.
