DD, update- 4:00 pm. I blared both velvet revolver CDs. Started digging into organizing stuff that leads into each other. Cleaned all the old chemicals out from under the sinks. I need to put stew pots and woks under the kitchen sinks. That makes more room under the bathroom sinks for huge 24 paks of TP that are hiding behind my couch which makes more room to put my 10 sets of western boots behind my love seat which are lined up in front of my CD collection blocking it up so I can't put my CDs away. I've also got to mount my family swords and family crest on a wall. Fun, fun, fun!

Rips off the plastic off another new CD. Pops in the Go-Gos. Yeah- it was on sale.

DD, update- 5:00. The meat is browning. Listening to shadz of gray. Working on my sauce. Got one wall tore apart to mount swords and family crest.

Spaghetti sauce and veggies are all simmering together! Smells delicious......next is the spinach salad and garlic bread.

I dont know what I am going to do about dinner , donno if my eldest is coming home or what , I hate it when they dont let me know if they are coming home for dinnner or not , I'm thinkin if he comes home hungry he can fend for himself

Delish. I put 25% pork sausage in with the limosine meat. Then I added a pinch of cream of tartar, garlic, 3 pinches of sage, 2 pinches of onion, a dash of saffron, a dash of dragons breath (rare pepper), and I browned the meatballs in sherry, then when they were done splashed them with bud light to keep them from burning. The sauce was way mild. It was water, pinch of yeast, 2 cups of cream, ounce of sherry, quarter stick butter, 5 egg yolks, 3 pinches of powdered garlic, pinch of salt, then melt ground parmesan and ground romano cheeses in until it has thickness and taste to desire. A pinch of corn starch will help give texture. I put some pizza seasoning and ground sage in to spice it up. Mrs dash would also work. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. I used semolina alfredo noodles. I'm stuffed. Still a meal left for another. Sad I don't have anyone to share and enjoy it with. Dark chocolate time!

And DD, its 6:00 my time. Don't let me eat more than 500 pieces of dark chocolate!
