How ironic that this question appears now. My doorbell was just ringing and it was the next door lady with a plate of hot chocolate chip cookies. She wanted to thank me for shoveling the snow out of their driveway while they had been gone during the holidays. I told her it was really nothing, and she said that she had watched the weather reports while they were gone and knew how much snow we had been getting. So I would have to say "Yes I have a good neighbor, and she thinks the same of me. It is a win-win situation today.  Awe..that is very cool! My neighbors are all really cool. The lady next door is always asking how my son is doing. The guy next door is nice, a bit strange, but nice. The apt on the 3rd floor is empty and I am glad they are gone, they loved to play their music at 2am, but other than that, they were pretty quiet as well. |

Not bad. Nosey but what do you expect out of elderly people who have little to do.

I have great neighbors for the most part I know at least once in the summer the neighbor closest to me is going to have one all out bash,BBQ, booze and party till about 3 am the only problem with that is usually she does it midweek. some of us has to work.

i have the coolest neighbors ever! every sunday we hang ouy, grill and watch football. plus we jam out all the time, its badass.
