Through my skin
Bones ache
Chest tightens

Short breath
Teeth clenched

great write - sometimes this is necessary for our salvation.

It really is, poetry like this is a vent for me when i'm feeling a bit overwhelmed. I am feeling better just getting some abstract version of my emotion down.
