That's gotta be soooooooo hard .. I was just tellin my soldier that last night - to be a parent. I mean you have to be sooooooooo proud but you gotta be worried sick about their safety too .. How do you get past that? Have faith in his abilities. Trust that he will be safe, and never show your worry to him, as this may place hesitation on him. Always believe in him....ALWAYS! And repeatedly tell him how proud of him that I am of him....how he has changed from a selfish boy and became such a selfless MAN! ......i gotta wipe a tear now.......

That took the breath out of me. NICELY PUT Woody. I need to remember not to show any 'worry' but just support when I talk to my soldier then. Thanks for the tip .. makes a LOT of sense.

I gotta put MY 2 cents in on this one.....! YAY for OUR Military people!! Without them, we would NOT have the freedoms that we do! I SLAUTE them!! I'm proud of them & pray for their SAFE return home GOD BLESS OUR TROOPS!!

Yea I agree.......the Soldiers need to be prayed for daily, and that our hearts feel everyday what they sacrafice for us.
