Conflict is inevitable in every aspect of life and teaches us how to compromise and get along with others.
People do not have to agree with everything another believes in but the manner in which YOU choose how to deal with that conflict is more important. |

I think that
disagreement clarification of meanings and clearly stated goals/purposes are good. Conflict (in the psychological definition) is, "A psychic struggle, often unconscious, resulting from the opposition or simultaneous functioning of mutually exclusive impulses, desires, or tendencies." Communication is requisite for resolution. Resolution may not equate with agreement. Agreement may not equate with compatibility. |

Is conflict always negative? Not if you have good make up sex after the conflict.
