I'm making T-bones cooked on the grill
little baby red potatoes roasted that have been covered in olive oil and seasoned Pan Seared scallops (I found some huge ones yeasterday) then Brussels,mushrooms and panchetta all sauteed together |

I work wonders with fish... night before last was hand breaded pan fried tilapia and the night before was a perch in a white wine cream sauce....tomorrow is chicken enchilladas All my own recipes and made from scratch |
