Is romance still alive, define romance?

romance can be a simple as the touch of your hand
or it can be as elaborate as flowers and chivalry and chocolates and dancing(whatever her fancy be)

what is comes down to is reminding her that you know she is there, and letting her know you want her to be there

Never ending thoughts of love, followed by never ending thoughtful attention, followed by a cigarette.

thats because most don't know what it is or don't care to do it, honestly I can't really blame them I know some women who have gotten upset with chivalry..some sort of infringing on their equality nonsense

Romance:
The act of giving, caring, sharing, Tenderness,
glances, touch, kiss, doing together in a compassionate way.
Giving any token of appreciation for who they are in your heart. So they feel your warmth and compassion for them.

Its a required course before LOVE.noway laugh

Think it would be there loss, that they are feeling that way towards men who are still showing women respect, If they had there hand full would they not expect someone to open a door for them or if they had a child give up the seat

I think womens equality and liberation caused alot of grief... that was and is unnecessary...there are fundamental reasons why men and women should not be equal..equitable...but not equal

one of those repercussions was assuming that everything men did (including the good things) were an insult to women

Your very diverse on this subject, now if a man had said what you’ve put all hell would have been coming at him, but it’s a well stated fact what you’ve put, what a lot of women have said that it did not address the equality, it just made it worst.

now men have to becareful when they show respect towards women, just in case it was to offend them in anyway,

I do not make too many friends voicing that opinion either but I don't get all hell, simply because I think (they other women) believe I could be right in my thinking...but no one likes to admit they are wrong

Sometimes you have to stand your ground on your opinion and your believes, believe the old fashion way of men treating women; others believe that it’s wrong for men to still do that, (but deep down they don’t like to emit it).
To them it would be turning back the clock, they would lose there equality how wrong they would be on that, just look at all the successful women there have been.

On the friend thing, there’s an old saying you can count your friends on one hand, true friends
