A tattoo should be something personal, something that YOU have thought long and hard about. If you are not sure, then you should take the time to do research and figure this all out. It will be on you forever and if your not sure, then dont do it. It's not really something you should come here to ask people what you should get. JMO.

 I currently work in a tattoo shop. A tattoo is personal, it can represent a right of passage or as a badge of courage to signify an accomplished goal. It should represent you as well as you represent it. It should tell your story from begining to end, and captured it all in the blink of an eye. |

One day you may be going to a high class event and wearing a backless dress. Take your time and think about what may come in your life. I went with the back of my neck. It is personal to me and If I dont want it to be seen I can keep it covered. I thank that peron for the advise she gave me. Good luck to you. |

The advice I generally give people who are getting a tattoo for the first time(and I follow this advice with every tattoo I get) is this: Decide what it is that you want, decide exactly what you want. Then wait about a month. If after that month, you have not changed your mind in any way, get it.
Like I said earlier, I follow that advice, as well as give it, I also now have 9 tattoos, and have yet to have any regrets about any of them. |

A Tattoo should represent you or your past.
Asking total strangers what to put on your body is crazy they dont know you. I have 5 and everyone has something to do with my life or people that have influenced my life |

I have several tattoo's all mean something and I completely believe if you plan on putting something permanent on your body it should mean something to you. But I also have them all in places covered by typical clothing because of my job so keep in mind that it may be art to you but there are still places in society that will judge you because of your choices, and it's up to you to blend in with it or stand out and accept that fact. |
