Get one of those "Sleeper-pedic beds" where you control your side of the bed for comfort. JMOthink

I have RLS and am on meds for them. My ex has it even worse. Finally convinced her to have a sleep study done. Turned out her sleep apnia was worse then mine and so was her RLS. So would suggest a sleep study.

Have yourself checked by your MD. for problems then try seperate beds in the same room. My parents do,and have been together for 56 years.

I believe my grandparents did the same thing. There are things that you can do to help both those problems.
