I awake in the dark still hours of the night.

Having graduated with an English Ed degree, don't consider this bad criticism.
You have great ideas. Anyone that is willing to share their artistic depiction of their inner self deserves respect. My only question would be why you write "I" so much. You could get the same message across with a broader scope on the human experience. |

I fell asleep with the tv on and woke up.. and felt off. So I came on to write the poem LOL You are the second person to ask me that! lol

You're lucky then! I find those nights to be cruel and tedious...but then again, Im a creature of comfort and I do like my sleep! However your night turned out, it's a really good piece of work! Happy New Year ~
