OK.THIS IS DRIVING ME CRAZY! HOW IN THE WORLD I LOCK THE DOOR OF MY APARTMENT EVERY TIME AND I FIND IT OPEN ,NOT UNLOCK ,O P E N ,FOR ABOUT 9 TIMES DURING DECEMBER .IT IS HAPPEN WHEN WE ARE HOME AND WHEN WE ARE NOT HOME . I ALWAYS FIND THE DOOR LARGE OPENED.TODAY AGAIN . I REALLY DON'T KNOW WHAT TO BELIEVE ANYMORE .AND I HAVE 2 LOCKS NOT ONE . I ALSO HAVE UP SOMETHING LIKE A CHAIN TO KEEP IT BLOCKED FROM INSIDE DURING NIGHT TIME .I GET UP AT 5 AM AND THE DOOR WAS LARGE OPENED AGAIN . WHAT DO I DO ? THIS IS SCARING ME

This happened 9 times already? Hell no! Have you talked to the apartment manager? I'd be changing the locks and getting a deadbolt for the inside - the kind with no key hole on the outside.

That is crazy! You either have a ghost in your house, or worse, someone is breaking in. I'd definitely have it checked out.

Either someone in your house, or someone close to you who has a key is messing with you. Chains can be taken off from outside of a door pretty easy. Don't let anyone know, set up a hidden camera I smell a big two legged rat, way over here.

Well I'm a realist so first I would think,,someone has a key and is fu&king with me in a bad way. Then I would video the door from inside at an angle that would show a hand on it from the other side as they opened it.. THEN, if it opened w/o a hand pushing on it.. I'd move,wink,lol

When you are at home and it happens, are you guys awake or sleeping?

my guess is that the little thingy isnt catching right. Sorry I cant remember what its called. But even if you lock the door and shut it and it dont catch a good gust of wind could blow it right open. Hey I just wanted to add in here yes this is scary, have you checked the attic door to make sure that there is no one living in there? OK I know thats pretty far fetched but it just happened to someone recently. Or just maybe coming over from aother apartment through the attic door. Sorry to scare you.

That is bizarre. You may be doing it subconsciously, or perhaps there is a place a vagrant can exist within your domicile????

I REMEMBER , IS A WHOLE THERE IN THE BIG CLOSET WHAT GIVE UP ON THE RUFF .GOSH, AND I LIVE NEAR A CEMETERY ALSO . I WILL BLOCK THE CLOSET DOOR THIS NIGHT .

My son lives with his dad. He has a key to my house also. I have that chain thing on my door also. He just reaches his hand in and un screws the darn thing. I caught him doing it once. Those chain things are only good if no one knows its there.

man this some spooky ****. you have to let us know if the camera enlightens you. by the way if you think it's supernatural as opposed to natural then try salt. Dont know why but ghosts hate salt. Keep us informed please.
