Have you been listening to heavy metal ?
Smoke a bowl and turn on some happy tunes.  They had me on anti depressants years ago, but after I quit drinking, the problem just went away. Must have been a permanent hangover. lol Can you describe the way you feel when your having a bad day ? Tell us what your doing, like drinking, missing someone, just lost a friend or relative perhaps ? Lost a pet ? If you use to do meth, how long ago was that ? I did speed for a year or so. it's hard to be happy after being high on speed for a year. I loved speed ! I made all sorts of plans and dreams, but never actually followed thru on any of them. lol Bad stuff... Have you got any unsetteled arguments with a loved on hanging in you head ? Hmmm... there's a good one for causing problems... Don't discount diet either, consider what you've been eating also, ya just never know. I got this way by eating LSD like candy in the 70's. Just knowing is half the battle. lol I really do miss the colors though... Hang in there kiddo... were all in this together. I think you just need a higher power. I COMMAND YOU TO BE HAPPY ! |

I am not well mentally... I am suffering from extreme depression, and am going to a doctor soon for treatment. Hopefully they can prescribe me some meds that will help me. I have good days and bad days, you always know when im having a good one, cause you will see me on the threads. I didnt want to tell you all this, but I cant always answer my emails, ect...and I didnt want everyone thinking that I was just ignoring them. Its just that some days I cant focus at all on anything...its very frustrating. Im not looking for any sympathy here please, im just telling you all this because your my family, and im always honest with you. And please forgive my lack of corrispondance with you...its just hard right now. I love you all. p.s. No, im not using meth again...Thank God! What a brave and courageous woman you are to come out here and tell everyone. I hope and pray you get the help you need. Depression can be so damn crippling. I will add you to my prayer list. Hang in there, there are so some great drugs out there.
