Single serving:
1 cup fresh frozen baby lima beans cooked 1 tsp margerine dash salt or salt subsitute Put 'em in a bowl and smash them with a potato masher. I'd be willing to bet you could get kids to eat them... |

I know you guys are probably grimacing at this, but it really is delicious. My nephew ate it and loved it, and he hated lima beans before this.

" Italian Lima Beans "
1 bag of Lima Beans cook and drain 1/3 - 1/2 cup of Olive Oil [ no Popeye.. ] 3/4 teaspoon of salt 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes 3/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder 1/4 cup of Seasoned Breadcrumbs shake a little Parmesian Cheese on for flavor...and ...call me in the morning !! ....enjoy... |

1 bag of lima beans-follow instructions on bag but drain and rinse when only half cooked.then add following:
4 cups of water 2 cups of cubed ham 1 medium onion chopped 2 stocks of celery diced 1 tsp. garlic granules seasoning salt and pepper to taste cook with lid off so it gets thicker on about 3 on the burner around a hour stiring often |
