close burgundy... The commanding person (in this case the lietenant)
would be authorized to execute the disobeying soldier for acts of mutiny, on the spot. He would end up in front of a review board in the end, and have to prove that he was justified, but he IS capable of doing so. For the simple fact that if hte solder will nbot follow orders whil in war and refuses one that puts their paople in danger they are unreliable and dangerous. HOWEVER, even if they are in war, if they do have the time and resources, they are required to have the mps arrest for mutinous acts under war adn have them courtmartialled (where they can still recieve the death penalty) |

it happened, did it not....private ed slovik??

ok the buck sergeant is gone, for whatever reasons. You now have two
privates (the radio and the medic), you have a satff sergeant (squad leader) and you have the lieutenant (commander). Who is next as guinnea pig? |
Staff sargeant is next, then radio guy, the CO, last is medic, whether
he wants to be or not... |

I dont know about recently burgundy, but I am sure it has happened in
the past. I have seen it happen in training scenarios (no the person was not actually shot, lol. I mimed shooting him and went on to the next person). And the ones that were "shot" received full article fifteens (punishment). They were all reduced in rank, they all lost pay, and they were all on extra duty and confinement for mutinous acts during a training scenario (I did nt press the punishment; my battalion sgt major did. he was standing behind me, dictating this specific scenario with me as the one in command) |

Am making a guess here, but the CO is last, as he has the sesitive info?

dem, I dont know if this will apply with you as you are in canada, and
not the us. However, it will definitely make youthink things through first. I would reccomend finding a veteran canadian soldier who you can trust to not gloss things over and to tell you the truth about miliatary life... |
exactly jess...
Now can you explain WHY the privates were not chosen first? |
Radio, is important for radioing their position, for assistance when
they can be, and medic, goes without saying, can assist with injuries and operate the radio. |
i would say radio guy goes last, if he has sensitive info..(in order to
relay it to those that need it, in dire circumstance?) |
May I also add, in my understanding, both medic and radio,
communications are kind of guarded as imperative to the unit, and they all have weapons, so can cover the others from enemy fire... |
sorry bugrgundy sensitive information can notbe transmitted across radio
frequencies. Or at least it is not supposed ot be. Also for the argument about the medic being able ot use the radio, so could the staff sergeant and the buck sergeant, so why were they i line beforethe radio operator? Andyes the two sgts would go before the radio operator. |

porcelain hun, If it was long enough I would allow you to donate the mop
