Do you take the initiative in a group,or wait for others? Waiting is a waste of time. Go for the initiative!

Do you take the initiative in a group,or wait for others? Depends on my mood...I can easily go with the flow but have no problem directing it all

Do you take the initiative in a group,or wait for others? In the past, I have waited. Today, I'm part of the group, neither leader or totally quiet. On occasion, I'm appreciated for facilitating.
