Perving: When someone looks at another persons profile more than once and never sends an email.
Lurking: When someone looks and reads the forums but never posts a response or starts a thread (besides in the new member forum). Thread Stalking: When someone consistantly followes another person around the forums and posts after them. Thread Killer: The very last person to post on a thread. DO NOT TYPE IN ALL CAPS UNLESS YOU WANT TO SHOUT AT PEOPLE! If you are joking, it helps to put 'lol' or because otherwise someone may take you are being serious. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ If anyone can think of anything else, please post it! |

Not sure if there is a term for it, but I get annoyed whenever anyone assumes a post is about them.... then gets all offended and defensive. And stays that way...
suspicious? paranoid? egocentric? all these? |

Here are some of mine:
Nofile -- a typical informationless attempt at a real profile. Narcoposter -- someone who makes boring and pointless posts, like "I have to go to the bathroom now" or "Hi" or "My garbage can just blew over." TPAYroll -- to proliferate a TPAY thread. Metaphornicate -- to make extremely lame, third-grade level sexual allusions for no reason. Duokleptical -- when two people hijack an existing thread and use it to hold an extended conversation that should be moved to e-mail. Amicuteitis -- a disease in which the patient will die without repeated insincere assurances that he/she is attractive. Posterbored -- a person who repeatedly posts complaints about being bored, and who is so lazy and unmotivated he/she actually expects other people to care and do something about it. Machodroolia -- a condition in which lame male posters will fall all over themselves making feeble attempts to impress attractive females by trying to display non-existent writing skills, despite the fact that the attractive female's picture probably isn't even really her. (See also "shirtlesspicosis.") Apostrophobia -- a condition in which people are afraid to use apostrophes correctly, and will post sentences such as "I sent three note's to girl's who never replied." |

can someone pronounce those for me? made me laugh thanks Lex No problem. I think it helps if we "define our terms," or, in the absence of real terms, make some up. |

Vitamin P Deficiency - A lack of punctuation. Those who suffer from this condition often confuse other with their run-on sentences.
IE: I really like this guy but today he said something that made me mad I think he's got a good personality so I keep giving him chances do I need to rethink my relationship maybe I'm just being paranoid I really don't understand men later I'm supose to go to a party with him I don't even know if I will he seems too distant I still think I could love him though he has a lot of potential GRRRRRRR |
