Oh, I'm sure there are LOTS of lurkers out there. You wouldn't believe how many of them look at my profile. (Which makes me wonder how many more are looking in stealth mode.) None of them ever says anything, though. Very suspicious. Your profile screams "Go away,leave me alone". 
You have to read between the lines....! My profile is really intended to weed out the ones who can't distinguish the underlying reality from the superficialities. 
One of my friends on the site sent me a note the other day, and mentioned that her friend was "intimidated" by my writing, which makes absolutely no sense to me at all. Anyone who would be "intimidated" by some harmless words on a screen has bigger issues than I really want to deal with.... |
