You need forums for individual states, t doesn't do me any good to look up a topic under new people or general discussions just to find out they live in california while I'm here in Ohio. Thanks-J.T.

There are specific Regional State forums. Go to your settings and you can pick the States from there under Regional.

There are. Go to Community, settings, there it shows you all the forums you can choose from. If you don't see your region just click add more regions and they will all be shown to you.
