I understand. it's been 13 years for me too and only 2 support checks but i only recieved one. The other one was stolen out of my mailbox. The only reason i recieved those is because we garnished his check. he owes over $35,000 on just one kid...think about it when we go to court for my middle son.

I know, we finally filed criminal charges on him a few months ago and just a few weeks ago found out he had the nerve to come back to Indiana and was arrested.

 exactly if he does work it's mostly under the table. The reason he was garnished is cuz he worked for his brother's company and thought he could get away without being found. |

Same here, when he works
. He worked for his uncle, who pays him under the table (totally illegal), tried to turn the guy in to the state, they didn't want to hear it. So much for the justice system I guess.
