i miss walking in the French Quarter, and looking at the surreal violet sky, looking through the trees as my feet clack on the flagstones, the pattern of the branches webs across the highground of esplanade,... and walking up-town into the garden district, and all the mansions are decked out with the finest christmas lights, as the streetcar rambles hauntingly by, and there's a chill in the air, and with my long-coat and top-hat, entering st. elizabeths, with it's tinkling chandeliers and stainedglass windows......and the parties with pastries from gambino's bakery......

yeah...and my feet are big too
