Topic: Shirt Off | |

Yeah I see some peoples profiles and I wonder is having a picture with your shirt off giving the wrong message or attracting the wrong people. I have some on my comp but I’m not so sure if I should put it in my profile.
Say a guy with his shirt off is saying: "Oh look at my body this is all I need baby, makes up for my lack of personality" Or a girl with a bikini on: "Oh yeah look at this, Ima cheat on you!" Or Guy: "I worked very hard for my body, come view and enjoy it" Girl "You like this well theirs a swell personality behind this" What do you all think? |

I had one on my profile that was a request from a few ladies, then tonight got a message in my mail box telling me that she thought it was an act of desperation for a guy to have a photo like that up. I keep it private and if some one wants to see it, I make it available then put it back to private. I had forgotten to put it back to private, so Make your own choice but best to have it there and private

Shirtless photos of guys I don't know on here tend to do nothing for me.

I think you think too much... agreed..though admitted mild curiosity but on the list of things that don't really matter |

It sends the wrong message

it is gratuitous, salacious, and borderline socially unacceptable.

I personally think that if men are allowed to post pictures with no top on then women should be allowed to also

I don't do the whole chest picture thing.
Once, I peeked at a really nice chest pic on here, and saw mainly that on his profile. Then I clicked at all the pics and man was he fugly as hell. So yeah, no thanks. |

If you are uncomfortable in your skin...you should definitely cover it.
If you are comfortable in your skin...then there is no problem. If someone is comfortable with a strong intellect...should they dummy down to meet the prerequisite stupidity of general society? If someone is comfortable with being balding...should they try to cover it? Just a concept...if someone doesn't want to look at a picture of the actual me just being comfortable and hanging out with people just like I would in my own home... They can look a post up or a post down and VIOLA'...there is someone with a shirt. What's next? Name brands of tennis shoes you wear or the brand of watch you wear as a means of disqualifying someone? What would be ironic is if you met a woman showing "Too much Skin"...and she could have been the one tru love. Being judgemental only limits possibilities. |
