Anyone out there using Audacity? Just got a USB turn table. It has it with it...but haven't been able to figure it out. So am using the basic software for recordings.

I use Audacity daily to either record or edit my MP3's. I have recorded from Tape deck or vinyl records through the Line In as the input source but I have never tried with an USB input.

If I were you I would play my USB turntable like you usualy do and record with Audacity using the input source "Wave Out Mix" this method will record any sounds that goes through your sound card and i would also suggest you turn off your System sounds so to make sure you do not have any added sounds to your recording of your USB turntable.
