OK I have been up for a full 5 minutes so I figure it was time for me to
say hi I think, I don't know. Sure why not....HI. Can you tell I am not
awake yet? Lex, I think this is one topic I do not even know what to
say, probably cause my eyes are still blurry and I can't stop yawing and
I think my head is still asleep (is it ever really awake?)

OK, enough with my ramballing (cause who really wants to hear it
anyways) I have noticed the same thing. What really is the point of
joining a site that is basicly a forum site and not jump into the fun? I
mean I know I could not lurk and read and not want to give my two cents
(then again I have a big mouth).

So to any lurkers that may be reading jump in say hi and have some fun.
we do not bite (hard anyways)I bet you after a few post you will be
addicted and be having just as much fun as we are.

Whisper, you brought up a good point. On JSH, the forums are the best
way to put yourself out there and let yourself be known.

A lot of sites don't even have forums -- you're basically dependent on a
brief profile and scattershot emails or IMs (which tend to make people a
little leery sometimes if they come out of the blue) if you're trying to
meet someone.

And, on a couple of sites where they do have forums, they are full of
the meanest, rudest, nastiest people I have ever run across outside of
my ex-in-laws.

One of my friends e-mailed me a couple weeks ago about a site she had
just discovered and wanted me to join. I checked it out -- beautiful
graphics, you can customize your profile page 1000 different ways, just
impressive-looking as all get-out -- but there's no forum, there's no
way to tell people "Hey, a profile is a profile, but I'm different."

Well Lex, thank you for seeing some sort of point in my post, cause I
sure don't right now. It is nice to have friends that understands ones
ramble

Well my mind is usualy sleeping. Guess it is time to wake it up. Maybe
