Black and brown is adorable (if you add some pink somewhere in your attire that'd be amazing). just wear some dark jeans, that'll make the whole outfit!

Depending on the style...yes, black and brown can go together. Just don't do a fashion no-no like this one lady I saw today. Dark brown boots (Eskimo looking) with tan pants and a light brown shirt (kinda cream color actually) and her blond hair. All that didn't look right what-so-ever.
