A woman that sees life with an humorous eye but that knows when to be serious, she has to be intelligent and right to the point, not judgmental and a good heart.

Physically I don't care she can be small tall thin fat doesn't matter for me it is the face I have to love her face and the rest will follow.

I look for someone highly intelligent and very creative. Good sense of humor, good communicator. Affectionate, honest, someone who isn't going to try to "domesticate" me (which almost always comes up). Someone who is OK with the fact that I have no interest in drugs or alcohol or kids or religion or politics whatsoever.

She should be independent-minded, have her own thoughts and views and opinions and be willing to express them. She should be able to tell me when I'm wrong -- which I frequently am. She should value the concepts of alone-time and together-time as being two sides of one healthy coin.

Physical traits -- It varies. I'm attracted to a couple of distinct types; everyone I get involved with is either 5'8" or 5'0" for some reason. Since I rarely stay in a relationship for more than three months, my preferences have become very clear over time -- if I had to provide an example of someone who would fit the "standard model," I'd go with Olivia d'abo as Karen Arnold in "The Wonder Years."
