i busted my headphones

i havent written a poem
without blaring rock music
blaring in my head
in so long
how am i going to write
with me and the other me
and maybe some of you
in my thoughts

what am i going to do
typing faster
than i ever typed
im scared to stop
the poem aint finished
i can feel when a poem is finished
never by words
will this
be different

i hate this attitude
of having an attitude
that im trying to extinguish
pounding my head with positive thoughts
i dont like when my mind strays
and i hear something negative
pop into my head
like a bad balloon
on top of falling balloon
on top of the sky
impossible
i am impossible

when do i stop typing
i dont like the letters
i dont like letters

i hate words
there are no words
in the spirit world
love is not in the dictionary
you feel love
and with only my soul alive

im going to feel
i feel a heaviness
coming on
i think its time
to stop
