work smart, not hard, leverage people in a good way when you can, and be good to all you associate with, and cover your promises, and pay your people on time, and put ten percent back of your net into your people that work with you, and they'll do twice the work, for it no longer becomes work, it becomes a life for them with security and trust, and the more money you make, the more money they make.
you can't get rich working for others, unless you work for someone who has this plan. you have to be your own business. |
