There is no "last time" for that need. It's always with me. Same here. I was just crying about this a short while ago. All I have ever needed is the companionship. I believed he did, too. Genuine caring, contact, a loving hug, or to be held. Touch is a basic human need, one that we cannot fulfill through the internet. And sex just doesn't cut it either, when it comes to the need for this kind of touch. We needed that. Our inner children recognized and found joy and belonging in each other. I am sorry that all the baggage of the years that followed prevented us from growing into people that could have actualized that warmth, affection, caring, and love. It could have been beautiful between us. It makes me very sad.

I get hugs everyday from 2/little girls and sweet words"Grandma,I Love You" Big Daddy hugs. But I do miss those very special hugs from the love of your life.
