after fifteen years in New Mexico, I quit putting up lights every year and put out luminaria instead

I love the luminarias!! Before I moved to an apartment I had them out all around my house and they are beautiful.. They do ok in the snow, have to watch out for the wind, but you can get electric ones now too...I also had red chili pepper lights on my house..(My house was all decorated Southwestern so they fit right in)

Awwwww, thanks TJN! I love the holiday lights. We've been to 2 different places thus far and hoping to get to the zoo to see their display as well. Those luminaries are awesome too!
