I been a member for a little while here. I don't post a whole lot, but read just about everything. I have heard of people sending out countless e-mails with no replies. How "serious" one is makes no difference if there are no suitable matches.

I would assume that anyone taking the time to fill out a profile, upload photos, read and write emails, forum posts, etc...is "serious" about whatever reason they signed up.

Every guy needs to understand that there are girls who (and oh I can already see the messageboard replies) just log on here and open an account because they have recently broken up and just want to feel like someone will in fact try to flirt with them. Self esteem booster. Of course, they don't bother posting in the message boards, so now I'll get all the replies about how "I'm not like that" and "how can you say that" etc. Go ahead, have fun, I don't give a s***. I was born into this life alone and I'll die alone happily if I don't find my "soulmate" or whatever you want to call it.

i chat with someone whom i find verry interesting. so they are on here. but i do agree also with gecko, alot of the girls on here are the "look at me" type.. all i can say is keep trying.

Yup, I recently met someone on here, we were emailing back and forth, everything was going fine as far as I could tell, and now all of a sudden she deleted her account, so I have no way of contacting her...
